Answers before you ask
How long does a phone repair take?
Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports — are completed the same day you bring the device in. Anything that needs a part ordered will take longer, and we will give you a time frame once we have looked at it.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we are open, Monday to Saturday, and we will take a look. If you would rather check we have the part for your model first, call us on +64 3 927 2313 or send a WhatsApp message.
How much will my repair cost?
Diagnostics are free. We assess the device, identify the fault and give you a transparent upfront quote before any work starts — so you decide with the price in front of you.
What parts do you use?
We use genuine, high-quality parts for the repairs we carry out. We are an independent repair store rather than an authorised service centre, so if part choice matters to you, say so and we will talk through the options.
Will I lose the data on my phone?
Most hardware repairs, such as a screen or battery replacement, do not touch your data. We still recommend backing your phone up first, because some faults and software repairs can require a reset.
Can you fix a phone that has been in water?
Often, yes. We open the device, clean it and assess the damage. Liquid damage is unpredictable — sometimes a clean-up is enough, sometimes components are beyond saving — and we will tell you honestly what we find before going any further.
Do you repair tablets and laptops too?
Yes. Tablets and iPads get the same attention as phones, and we handle laptop faults such as devices that will not power on, run slowly or overheat.
